Super Avatar World Speedrun Contest rules and Regulations:

• All entries must be uploaded to Youtube and linked via email to contest@arrogancygames.com by 11:59pm Eastern time, August 31, 2010.
• Multiple entries are accepted per person.
• By submitting your contest entry link via email you certify the following statement "I certify that I am the author of the material I am submitting to Arrogancy Games. Arrogancy Games and its licensees may reproduce, distribute, publish, display, edit, modify, create derivative works and otherwise use the material for any purpose in any form and on any media. I agree to indemnify Arrogancy Games for all damages and expenses that may be incurred in connection with the material."
• Three winners will be selected. Grand Prize will be 1,000 Microsoft Points, runners up will receive prize packages to be specified and determined by Arrogancy Games.
• Winners will be announced September 9, 2010 on this website.
• Sponsor: The Super Avatar World speedrun contest is sponsored by Arrogancy Games.
• Eligibility: The Contest is open to residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time the Contest ends. Employees, officers, directors, agents, representatives and independent contractors (and their immediate family members and members of the same households, whether related or not) of Arrogancy Games or Microsoft are not eligible to participate. The Contest is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law or regulation. Participants agree to abide by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of the Sponsor which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to the Contest. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant that it determines, in its sole discretion, is ineligible to participate in the Contest. This contest is in no way sponsored by or affiliated with Microsoft, Youtube, Google, or any corporation outside of Arrogancy Games.
• Limitation of Liability: If for any reason the Contest is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of the Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the Contest, and to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers, or providers computer equipment, software, failure of any email to be received by the Sponsor on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any web site, or any combination thereof, including any injury or damage to participant's or any other person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in this Contest. By participating in the Contest, each participant agrees to release and hold the Sponsor harmless from any and all losses, damages, rights, claims and actions of any kind in connection with or resulting from participation in the Contest and/or acceptance, possession, or use of any prize(s) including, without limitation, personal injuries, death, property damages and any claims by third parties or otherwise based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. Entrants acknowledge that Sponsor is not responsible or liable for any warranty, representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative to any Prize.
